Thanks to our experience we are specialized in the construction of molds with dimensions up to 600×1000 mm. The mold construction department boasts in-depth knowledge in the creation of many types of moulds: molds for household appliances, molds for cosmetics, molds for gear wheels, for techno-materials (peek, pps), multi-cavity hot chamber moulds. The mold construction process begins in the technical studio, where the customer's needs, the type of material with which you want to print and the shape of the object are carefully examined, in order to prevent and remove any production criticalities. All production phases construction takes place within the company, where there are high-speed numerically controlled cutters, tuff and wire EDM.
