The department is equipped with lathes, tangential grinders, high-speed NC milling machines, tuff and wire EDM machines, as well as sandblasters to obtain a satin finish for processing pieces with maximum dimensions of 1100x600x60. The work process begins with the study of the customer's quality needs. Subsequently, the work programs are prepared, the tools are chosen and the chip removal processes are carried out. Finally, dimensional control is carried out with traditional instruments and radio probes, thus allowing a maximum precision of 0.003 mm.

AR STAMPI is able to provide technical documentation regarding the quality certification of the materials used and the heat treatments to which they are subjected, such as hardening, ionic nitriding and PVD coating. It can also offer customers laser removal, engraving and welding services.
