The plastic molding department specializes in the molding of items weighing up to 700g and is made up of presses with a variable size of 60 to 300 tonnes. Born in 1985 from the AR of Angelillo, it has developed over the years thanks to the installation of latest generation presses capable of producing precise parts and co-moulding. Our staff is used to using a wide range of materials, nylon, ABS, PC, PP, PEEK, PETG, POM, PCTG, PPS and rubbers in general, all these materials are used in their natural version or with glass fillers , talc, minerals, Teflon and carbon.

Almost all production lines are equipped with robots to allow production control while always respecting aesthetic and quality requirements. The molding process is organized to offer the customer a quality product; this objective is made possible thanks to the preparation of detailed product control cards and constant aesthetic and dimensional checks during the molding phase and after the cooling cycle. We are also able to provide the customer with an assembly, pad printing and welding service for complex components and packaging.
