Growing up in a toxic diet culture with unrealistic beauty standards, I lived an unfeasible lifestyle for quite some time. I would go through waves of restrictive eating overtraining which ultimately lead to overeating and never feeling good enough. This trickled down into other aspects of my life where it left me with no confidence, severe body dysmorphia, and unable to achieve genuine happiness. I felt so alone.
Health and Fitness began to be an outlet for me in late high school years. It wasn’t until I decided to publicly speak about my struggles, that women of all ages and professions would confide in me and relate. That’s when it hit me, the issue is common, and we are suffering in silence. It became my mission to break our silence and help women out of this struggle.
During my fitness journey, I have attained a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Montclair State University and gained many certifications for one-on-one fitness coaching and group fitness classes. I have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your fitness goals and understand the unfortunate common struggles women face on a daily basis. It is my passion to help women bloom into the best versions of themselves.
