Refunds

As the watches have been fitted with new batteries and confirmed to be in full working order, watches can only be returned subject to warranty.  Should you require a refund in other instances, any refund due will be less than the cost of the original P&P (usually £10) and battery/service (£22).  Please contact Every Day Shop for confirmation and a refund number prior to return. Returns will not be accepted without a return number. Returns must be returned insured/tracked and signed for.

Once we receive your return the watch will be thoroughly checked prior to your reimbursement.

Please make super sure your return is packed in all its original packaging and is returned with all included contents.  Failure to do so will mean a rejected return.

Please Note! Watches are not accepted as returns if they have been adjusted or modified or damaged in any way from new.
