Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?

Yes, certainly. 

During a deep root-cause healing session, the client is invited to close their eyes and relax to access their subconscious world. It was found that, in their own homes, people find it easier to relax and connect to the subconscious part of their brain, achieving faster results. 

Is hypnosis dangerous?

Absolutely not. 

In everyday life, without knowing it, we experience states of hypnosis.

 Have you ever got into the car and found yourself at home without having any memory of the journey?
Or maybe you lost track of time while reading a book or staring at space...

 You were in a state of hypnosis.
In my programs, I use light hypnosis, almost like a conversation happening with the eyes closed. 

When will I start seeing results?

Usually results are evident after just one month of therapy.

This method, by reprogramming the subconscious mind, offers a much faster and more effective alternative to traditional therapy.
