Brick Barn Wine Estate Membership Terms & Conditions

By becoming a member, I certify that I am at least 21 years of age and I authorize Brick Barn Wine Estate to charge and ship wine to the credit card and address placed on file. Members who do not select their wines will be processed for the default club release. Brick Barn reserves the right to make modifications to terms & conditions, membership benefits and pricing without notice. Returned wine shipments will incur a $20 fee in addition to the cost of re-shipping. Wines not picked up within 60 days of release will be shipped to the address on file and applicable shipping fees will be charged. Requests to cancel are to be made in writing to the wine club manager after receiving two club releases. Early cancellations will incur a charge of $50.
